Since the incorporation of Messrs. Heath & Company with W. F. Stanley & Co., Ltd., 
in 1926, all Stanley Sextants and Nautical Instruments have been produced under the 
famous “ Hezzanith ” designs and patents, so familiar to users of Nautical Instruments 
all over the world. 
The full range of “ Hezzanith ” instruments is contained in 
the Heath Navigational Instruments catalogue, a copy of which 
will be sent upon request.

THE MARK VI.M LIGHT ALLOY “ EASE-OF-USE ” SEXTANT 
Special Features :—The optical layout, that is to say, the 51 mm. O.G. Monocle and the 
sizes of the mirrors and shades, have been carefully designed to 
ensure maximum efficiency. 
The limb is of a design to give maximum rigidity and is made from heat-treated light 
alloy for lightness and corrosion resistance. 
The instrument can be placed in its case with the 51 mm. O.G. monocle in position. 
SPECIFICATION 
LIMB.—Single Circle pattern, Stove enamel finish. 
DIVIDED.—To 125°, reading to 12 seconds (0-2\). 
MIRRORS.—Large size “ Sea-Safe ” Impermeable Index and extra large Horizon. No Top Bar to Horizon 
Frame. Index—-1 ^ in. X I ^ in. Horizon 2^ in X If in. 
SHADES.—Full Set of 7, Special Sextant-Neutral Glass, with Elongating Lens to square frames, as an extra. 
TANGENT SCREW.—“ Hezzanith ” “ Rapid-Reader” Micrometer. 
TELESCOPES.— 
(a) H. 14 extra-large 51 mm. O.G. Monocle, with screw motion eyepiece, Power 4 diameters, and with 
Dispositive Rising Piece. 
(b) Collimating Inverting Powers 6 and 10, with interrupted Threads.
