WATER STETHOSCOPE
A1907
AI907 Water Stethoscope. Used for detecting leakage or waste of water. The
instrument consists of a stick carrying a sound box at the top. In use, the
lower end of the stick is placed on the water pipe or main, and any flow of water
may be detected by placing the ear to the sound box. For portability the top
can be unscrewed and carried in the pocket and the remainder used as a walking
stick
